There is no Direct Bus trip to Sagada from Manila through public transportation.
If you want it direct, Chartered vehicle make it possible.
Buses are limited to coaster type sizes.
Sagada is unreachable by plane, the nearest airport of access would be Pampanga and Baguio only.The only way to reach Sagada is through land.
There are three ways on how to reach SAGADA.- Using your own Helicopter

There's another bus company serving manila to Bontoc route,
Kasilen Transport with contact numbers: +639178629574; +639163603483
also with Manila to Bontoc daily trips at 9pm and Bontoc to Manila return trips at 4pm.
